Worldwide Vision makes every effort to process accepted orders at the earliest convenience. From Mondays through Fridays orders will normally be shipped within 24 hours, provided the articles are in stock. Customers will be informed of any delays in delivery caused by the goods being temporarily unavailable or resulting from other causes. Customers will also be notified if orders cannot be executed in whole or in part. If delivery of goods ordered cannot be effected within the agreed time scales, the purchaser is not entitled to claim any damages, nor does he have the right to cancel the order(s) or dissolve the agreement, unless the delay in delivery exceeds the agreed time scales to such an extent that the purchaser cannot reasonably be expected to abide by the agreement.
Damaged or faulty articles
If, upon receipt of articles bought, you find that they have been damaged in transit or they do not function properly, you shall inform the Sales Department in writing within 48 hours.
The prices listed are net prices and are inclusive of Vat, postage and handling and exclusively apply to goods sold in the Netherlands.

There will be an additional charge for goods that require non-standard packaging.
All payments are to be made in full within 14 days from the date of invoice. Payment is to be made in the manner indicated when the goods were ordered or in the manner mentioned in the invoice. Your order may be subject to supplementary terms and conditions concerning payment and ordering. The date the Worldwide Vision is credited with the invoice amount due is deemed to be the date of payment. If the purchaser fails to settle the invoice on the date due, he is in default and shall be charged a monthly late-payment fee of 1% on the outstanding amount. If the amount due remains unpaid, an out-of-court recovery fee of 15 % shall be added to the outstanding balance. In addition there will be a charge of €35.- or administration and handling. Furthermore, any costs evolving from in or out of court collections will be payable by the customer. Worldwide Vision reserves the right, at all times, to deliver either on COD or credit terms. Deliveries to defaulting customers may be suspended either temporarily or permanently.
Orders taken from countries outside of the Netherlands are to be paid in advance.
Exchange, Returns and Complaints Procedures
Upon receipt of the product(s) the customer shall inspect the product(s) in order to determine whether or not the product(s) is (are) in compliance with the agreement. If not, the customer should fully inform Worldwide Vision as to the nature thereof in writing, without any delay and no later than within 14 calendar days after the delivery, that is after the inspection could reasonably be assumed to have been possible. If the product(s) has (have) been found not to be in compliance with the agreement, it is to the discretion of Worldwide Vision either to replace the returned product(s) or reimburse the customer for the invoice amount.
If, for whatever reason, you wish to return a product ordered by phone or online, you are entitled to do so within 14 calendar days after delivery of the product. Any postage and carriage charges are at the expense of the customer.
Because of the specific nature of certain products, they can only be sold from our showroom. When you let us know to be interested in the purchase of such a product, we will contact you and refer you to the showroom where you can inspect and order the product concerned.
A product may be non-returnable because
it was made in accordance with your personal specifications,
it is damaged,
it is incomplete,
it is no longer in its original, undamaged packaging,
it is clearly of a personal nature,
it cannot be returned on account of its specific nature.
Worldwide Vision warrants that all the products delivered by Worldwide Vision comply with the specifications provided with respect to proper workmanship and performance and that the agreement concluded between Worldwide Vision and the purchaser on the date of it becoming effective was not in violation of any laws or government regulations. The invoice date is the date when the term of warranty commences. All products supplied by Worldwide Vision are covered by a 12-month warranty irrespective of brand, make or trade-mark. In certain cases different warranties may apply. If the manufacturer's warranty lasts more than 1 year, Worldwide Vision will honour the extended warranty. If a product that has been used properly and in accordance with the purpose for which it was intended develops a defect, it will be either repaired or replaced free of charge by Worldwide vision within the warranty period at the customer's written request. If a warranty claim is found to be justified, Worldwide Vision may also choose to refund the purchase price of the product in question instead of replacing it. Under the same warranty provisions repair work carried out by Worldwide Vision is covered by a 3-month warranty. In all these cases all costs of shipping the product shall be borne solely by the customer. Shipping instructions should be strictly adhered to, however. Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and will be void if a defect or damage results from failure to perform proper maintenance, of abuse or gross negligence;
from improper use or use other than the designated purpose of the product;
from (over)heating through external sources and exposure of products to humidity, extreme heat, cold or drought;
from repairs carried out by the customer himself or by third parties, or if, due to action or inaction on the part of the customer, Worldwide Vision is not in a position to deal with a complaint adequately;
if malfunction or damage is attributable to external causes (fire, thunderstorm activity, flooding, natural disasters, etc.);
if the customer fails to follow the instructions for use or fails to follow them carefully;
if the customer fails to meet his obligations.
This warranty does not apply
to cosmetic damage or minor flaws that do not otherwise affect the product's functionality or materially impair its use.
Any exlusions of warranty imposed by a product manufacturer will be likewise applied by Worldwide Vision.
Title of Goods
Title to any goods ordered shall pass to the customer once the customer has fulfilled any and every obligation persuant to the agreement with Worldwide Vision. The responsibility and risk in the Goods shall pass to the buyer at the point of delivery.
These General Terms and Conditions shall apply to all offers made by and orders placed with as well as agreements concluded with Worldwide Vision.
These General Terms and Conditions have been entered into the Chamber of Commerce Register at Tilburg, number 3010, and will be sent to you on request.
By accepting an offer or placing an order you agree to the General Terms and Conditions set out in this document. No variation, modification of or, substitution for any provision in these terms and conditions shall be binding on Worldwide Vision unless specifically accepted by Worldwide Vision in writing.
All rights, obligations, offers, orders, agreements and contracts to which these terms and conditions apply as well as the General Terms and Conditions per se shall exclusively be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of the Netherlands and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court at ‘s Hertogenbosch (Netherlands).
